User interviews come to Hotjar
Hotjar has acquired PingPong, a user interviews and user testing platform.
PingPong is already integrated into Hotjar as a new product called Hotjar Engage that will sit alongside our Observe and Ask products. Engage is available to all Hotjar users from today!
Engage automates the process of recruiting the right testers and scheduling moderated user interviews. Without the manual coordination work, your team can focus on running quality research sessions with help from built-in video calling, collaborative notes, and interview highlights.
To begin scheduling user interviews, you'll just need to log in to your Hotjar account, click on Engage in the left-hand sidebar, and accept the terms and conditions. You can get started for free with two interviews per month on the Engage Basic plan.
