Clint Calleja

Clint is a Director of Engineering at Hotjar. Starting as Frontend Engineer in 2018, he progressed to Team Lead and, in 2021, Director. Today, Clint leads a team of 38 people with the personal values of respect, reliability, honesty, compassion, and integrity. In his spare time, Clint strives to strike a balance between cherishing moments with his family of five, investing in his well-being through physical training and continuous learning, and ensuring there’s always room for a sprinkle of fun.
